Introduction

 Hi I am Max Underwood. I am creating a blog about weightlifting for my social media marketing class. I chose weightlifting because it is one of my favorite past times. I also find that not many people know the full benefits of weight training. often times I hear girls saying they do not want to get big and bulky. when in reality muscle is way smaller than fat.
